To secure your booking, we will need you to make a deposit. For bookings taken through the website booking system, the deposit will be charged by the virtual PoS. You can also choose to pay by transfer or tell us your card number and expiry date. The deposit will be 40% of the cost of your stay.

If you prefer to make a bank transfer to secure your booking, call us on (0034) 981 58 02 66 and we will send you our account number.

If so, we will need you to send us a copy of the bank transfer receipt by fax (0034 981 57 55 53) or by email (reservas@campingascancelas.com), stating the name and surname of the person who booked and the date of your stay.

If you provide us with an email address, we will send you an email confirming your booking once we check that the deposit has been paid.

To cancel your booking, we will need you to send a written request by fax to (0034) 981 57 55 53 or by email to reservas@campingascancelas.com

• Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled entrance date will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
• Cancellations received 15 to 30 days prior to the scheduled entrance date will receive a 50% refund on the amount paid.
• Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the scheduled entrance date will not receive a refund.

Pitches will be available as from 1 pm on the booked entrance date and departure must be no later than 12 pm. Unfortunately, you will not be able to book a specific pitch number, but feel free to let us know your preferences whilst booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Pets must never be left alone and have to be kept on a leash.
